The deadliest attacks during the period occurred in southern and central areas of the Palestinian territory, particularly Khan Younis, Rafah, and Deir al-Balah, where attacking Israeli air, land, and naval forces reportedly directly hit the homes and vehicles of civilians.
Eleven people, reportedly including women and children, were killed in one single strike on a house in the al-Amal area west of Khan Younis, while around 30 people are estimated to have sustained injuries, the UNOCHA situation update reads.
